Location is absolutely amazing! Although it's on a road, it was so quiet and peaceful. The whole cottage was immaculate and decorated to a very high standard. 5-minute drive from the town center and close to Dunree Fort. Justin, the host, was exceptional - good communication! The hot tub in the exclusive area was so relaxing and well set up, with the added bonus of a bottle of prosecco. It was just what we needed to recharge our batteries. I highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful stay.
The hot tub wasn't cleaned and had a foul smell, which made it impossible to use. Additionally, some maintenance issues with the heating and hot water affected our plans for the day.

The location of the cottage is fantastic, offering a quiet and cosy atmosphere. the modern and clean interior of the cottage provides a comfortable stay. the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds ensure a pleasant experience. the VIP area, complete with a hot tub, adds a special touch to the trip.
The outside lighting at the back can be bothersome, especially with the PIR light going on and off due to wind.

Great communication with the host and prompt response to queries. Food in nearby hotel was delicious and local people were friendly and welcoming.
The advertised price for using the hot tub was misleading, as it would have cost nearly half the price of the house for a 3-hour slot. The communication regarding additional charges and instructions could have been more condensed and clear.
